What if my business is new?
We’ve got you! We’ll help you get QuickBooks Online (QBO) set up from the start, including a custom Chart of Accounts tailored to your business, so your finances are organized and ready to grow with you from day one. From setup to ongoing bookkeeping, Atelier will help you build a strong financial foundation right from the start. We will have a 3 month check-in to determine your business volume and ensure you have the right bookkeeping package.
Is there a minimum contract commitment?
We believe great bookkeeping starts with consistency. We require an initial commitment of twelve months for bookkeeping services. This gives us time to get familiar with your business, establish a smooth workflow and keep your books in great shape. We'll walk you through the agreement and ongoing terms before getting started.
What do you need from me each month?
Not much! We want to make this as easy as possible. Through your onboarding process we will set up your accounting software. You'll provide us access to all the relevant bank and credit card statements, along with any other payment platforms. We will set you up with a simple document uploading process so everything stays organized and up to date and you can focus on your business.
Is Atelier the right fit for my business?

What if my books are behind?
No judgment here! We know running a business is a lot and sometimes bookkeeping slips down on the to-do list. If your books need some catching up before we take over the monthly services, we'll assess what's needed and provide a separate quote for for cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping.
